Vote August 4th Earl Lackie for Congress.
Together we can remove Dan Kildee and make a change.
Together we can remove Dan Kildee and make a change.
To me, the swamp is the people that abuse their political power and don’t do what’s best for the people. I have found major issues within the school districts and with the funds they receive. The education system in most of our district is a complete mess. Ask yourself, what happened to all the money they received for the Flint water crisis? Why did they wait so long to take action, who is really responsible and what ties did they have with Detroit? Why did Dan Kildee wait so long to take action and who got paid? We have city council members who voted in favor of the red flag laws and we have State legislatures in Michigan who consistently vote to take away your 2nd amendment and other constitutionals rights. We have others going after our Electoral College vote which is a major concern. We have County Republican GOPs that have left wing mind sets.

The 5th US congressional district here in Michigan has proven to be full of un-accountability and political operatives that continue to pull many down and affect a family’s prosperity. We have major poverty issues and for 27 years people have continued to support the Democratic Party. There has been no major changes for the better and we have a party that has consistently failed the people on so many levels. We need more good paying jobs, better schools, a better environment, less crime and voters need to have our bad town city leaders exposed. These people need to be held accountable for spending your tax payer dollars foolishly. When I say, “DRAIN THE SWAMP”, I mean let’s expose the bad apples to the voters and make a change. Just like President Trump has exposed the ones in Washington and across

Farmers and the Agriculture Department
Covid-19 has proven that the system is broken but thank GOD we have TRUMP in office to make an impact.
The USDA let millions of pounds of food rot while food-bank demand soared. President Donald Trump announced a $19 billion bailout package for farmers hurt financially by the coronavirus crisis. The aid plan includes $16 billion in direct payments to farmers to boost their incomes, along with $3 billion in government purchases of meat, dairy products and other foods, the president said Friday at a White House briefing. The Agriculture Department will receive another $14 billion in July for further assistance. ( BLOOMBERG )
USDA Payments
The USDA will make direct payments of $5.1 billion to cattle producers, $2.9 billion for dairy and $1.6 billion for hogs, according to a statement from Senator John Hoeven, chairman of the Senate Agriculture Appropriations subcommittee.
Another $3.9 billion will go to producers of row crops such as soybeans, corn and cotton, while $2.1 billion is earmarked for producers of specialty crops such as fruits and vegetables. And $500 million will go for other crops, Hoeven said.
The Agriculture Department will begin the food purchases by buying $100 million of fruits and vegetables per month, and $100 million per month each of dairy and meat, the department said in a statement.

‘Grateful’ for AidAmerican Farm Bureau Federation President Zippy Duvall said he was “grateful” for the aid.
The closing of restaurants, school cafeterias and other commercial food service operations has upended the market for agricultural products, particularly dairy, meat and produce. The food-service industry is a disproportionate buyer of cheese, butter, meat, fresh fruits and vegetables. Farmers are dumping as much as 8% of their milk, according to the Dairy Farmers of America cooperative.
A shutdown of several slaughterhouses because of virus outbreaks among employees has further disrupted hog and cattle farmers’ ability to sell their livestock. At the same time, an oil price war forced ethanol plants to shut down, further depressing corn prices.
FOX NEWS: Trump invokes Defense Production Act to keep meat-processing plants open amid fears of supply shortage
President Trump on Tuesday signed an executive order to ensure meat processing plants stay open during the coronavirus pandemic.
The order invoked the Defense Production Act, deeming the facilities a part of the country’s critical infrastructure as concerns mounted that the U.S. food supply chain will be disrupted because of the contagion. The federal government also is supplying additional personal protective gear to plant employees.
Despite Trump’s reassurances that the food supply chain was not being affected by the outbreak, the announcement of the executive order followed numerous reports that meat processing plants around the country were struggling to stay open without the workers who have become infected by the novel coronavirus.
The plants have employed thousands of people often working side by side carving meat, so it’s been difficult to apply social-distancing rules. Such environments, according to medical professionals, kept high the risk of catching the virus even as companies took steps to increase worker protections.
The list of companies dealing with infected workers has been growing every day at plants across the country.
Industry leaders acknowledged that the U.S. food chain rarely has been so stressed and nobody may be sure about the future, even as they tried to dispel concerns about shortages.
USDA - What They Do.
They provide leadership on food, agriculture, natural resources, rural development, nutrition, and related issues based on public policy, the best available science, and effective management. With a vision to provide economic opportunity through innovation, helping rural America to thrive; to promote agriculture production that better nourishes Americans while also helping feed others throughout the world; and to preserve our Nation's natural resources through conservation, restored forests, improved watersheds, and healthy private working lands.
The strategic goals serve as a roadmap for the Department to help ensure we achieve our mission and implement our vision.

United States Electoral College Vote is a nessary process.
The Founding Fathers established it in the Constitution, in part, as a compromise between the election of the President by a vote in Congress and election of the President by a popular vote of qualified citizens, this should never change. How many electors are there? How are they distributed among the States? The Electoral College consists of 538 electors. A majority of 270 electoral votes is required to elect the President.

Your State has the same number of electors as it does Members in its Congressional delegation: one for each Member in the House of Representatives plus two Senators. LEARN MORE
