It's very much like dealing with Isolite or Lumadent- excellent products, and they bend over backwards to make sure you have a great experience. "I have had the SuniRay digital x-ray system for approximately 6 months now. I purchased my sensors and software from Dental TI who is a Suni reseller.
I have been very happy with my system and the support that I have received from Dental TI. I was a little concerned when they suggested online training rather than having a trainer on-site. I am a fairly novice computer user so I was concerned with learning the system without a trainer physically in my office. After having Dental TI install my system and train me via online remote connection, I realize that I preferred the remote training over the on-site option. Within two hours of online training we were taking x-rays and using our system! I was excited to see excellent image quality knowing that I paid half of what the supply house was quoting for a system. I have had questions since I have purchased the system and the support has been outstanding. If they cannot walk me through the answer on the phone they connect remotely and fix the issue for me. If you are a new user to digital x-ray like me or switching systems, I definitely recommend that you give Dental TI a call. They will connect remotely to you and demo the system in under an hour. "Neither my XDR sales rep or TI guys understood Apteryx software. David from Dental TI was very helpful in remotely accessing my system and adjusting the settings. What I have discovered is that if your sales rep doesn't thoroughly understand your software, it really limits the capabilities of the hardware. I didn't know how much could be done with remote access, it's pretty impressive. Should have just purchased from David from the beginning. Incredibly helpful guy.
