Sensor Troubleshooter Guide
My Suniray sensor isn't working correctly? I've done everything I normally do?
1. Is it plugged in to the rear USB port?
2. Is the green light on, on the interface?
3. Does SDR 303 show up in device manager?
4. If driver is not present then install automatically. If present, go to step 5.
5. Is sensor recognized by Apteryx? Capture sensor - serial number present.
6. In sensor ready mode pick up sensor and interface to check for auto trigger.
7. Expose back of sensor to see if image returned.
8. If not check the cable to sensor.
9. Reload driver by plugging into another USB port and loading driver.
